Here in the safety class, we teach you all you need to know about using the equipment we have here in the TinkerStudio. We also teach you what to do in a situation where there are no employees to help, there are also rules you learn to respect the space we have created for everyone and some precautions to make sure everyone is safe in the studio.

Some rules we have that require attention to all who are wanting to join or visit:

Ages 13 and below must have an adult accompanying them

Must have a supervisor for drill press, laser cutter, band saw, and 3D printer

Do not cross the yellow caution tape

Ask for more materials at front desk

If you need assistance then ask a nearby employee

Any dangerous objects must not be pointed at anyone

No loose clothing when using drill press and band saw
